| With lairs,
holes and crevices at differing depths,
escape routes for prey, and a combination
of light and shadow, an assembly of Tecnoreef
modules permits the development of a complex
system. This creates a colony for aquatic
life in marine or lake environments which
have very few natural
crevices or which are otherwise sparsely
populated. The result
is a non-polluting, productive substratum
which develops biologically stable structures
in very little time. Tecnoreef
systems permit the revitalization
of excessively exploited ecosystems, repopulating
areas which have been deemed in need of
such measures by research institutes, repopulation
and fishery authorities and recreational
diving centres. |
